International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) will provide free shuttle transportation between Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and the San Marcos campus for current and new TXST students (F1 visa types), as well as scholars (J1 visa types).
The free airport transportation will be available only on selected days. Please see the list of available dates below. You must sign up to reserve your seat on the shuttle, and no reservations will be accepted after the deadline. Confirmation of the approved pick-up date will be sent via email to students and scholars who submit a reservation request.
Airport Shuttle Times
TXST shuttle runs from 12 PM to 8 PM for airport pick-ups once a week (From the airport to TXST).
TXST shuttle runs from 8 AM to 5 PM for airport drop-offs once a week (From TXST to the airport).

Airport Shuttle Application
**As a reminder, Spring 2026 Housing Move-In is scheduled January 14-15, 2026. But this depends on which day you select in your Housing Portal.
