Steps to Correct I-94 Errors


Notify ISSS about your I-94 error, ISSS will guide you in how to correct your I-94. 

Documents you will need to correct the error:

  • Bring your most current I-20
  • Bring your passport with F-1 visa stamp and I-94 stamp in your passport
  • Bring a copy of your electronic most recent I-94 and travel history

F-1 students planning to travel to the United States via a land port of entry should be aware that they can pay their I-94 fee 7 days in advance and bring the receipt to the Port of Entry.
